Arriva Trains Wales and the Welsh Assembly Government have announced a major renovation of Swansea Railway Station.
The client came to us with a unique vision that would regenerate and modernise an area of the city.
We were commissioned by this overseas developer to transform their existing set of 3D visuals into the vision that they had for their development.
We produced this exterior and interior animation for South Tyneside Council to help promote interest in this new state-of-the-art commercial building.
Our client for this project was the architect of this commercial and retail development in Merthyr.
We were asked by Swansea County Council to assist them with a large scale public development project to help to visualize how Swansea City Centre would look in the future.
We produced a single photomontage image of this state-of -the-art commercial development to assist in the planning and design process and to help attract business.
We worked in conjunction with Powell Dobson Architects to produce this fly-through and set of images of the proposed Welsh Assembly Government building in Aberystwyth.
This return client once again requested assistance in gaining planning consent, and also in visualising design concepts, for this attractive renovation project in London.
Looking to regenerate an old area of the city, this housing association came to us asking for assistance in promoting a vision of the future for Swansea City.
Photo-realistic images of the interior space were a powerful marketing tool for us. We were able to promote the development whilst building work was still ongoing, and as a result secured 100% occupancy very early on in the process.
